What is Assuage Yoga?
At Assuage Yoga we specialize in YOU allowing you to experience the benefits of Meditation, Restoration and Healing. Our Yoga and meditation sessions are small and intimate so we can best give you the attention you need and deserve, allowing you to reach your full potential. We focus on your mind, body, and spirit tapping into all areas of holistic health and healing techniques.
We offer several types of Yoga that range from beginners, intermediate and advance. As well as Guided and Mindful meditation.

Assuage Yoga is still offering packages for personal and one-on-one sessions by appointment only. The maximum capacity for personal sessions are four clients in person. Before each personal session there will be a health screening for the safety of the instructors and all clients. The screening includes asking basic health questions, mask are strongly recommended, social distancing and offering hand sanitizer.
We offer sessions via Zoom upon request!
Meditation may help reduce anxiety and stress, lower blood pressure, and lower your heart rate, increase strength and energy, improve your flexibility and mobility and improve digestion and weight loss.
Personal services entail one-on-one yoga, meditation or Reiki session. Corporate group or personal group sessions. Workshops for Essential Oils, understanding Chakara's, and Crystal Healing.
***Our sessions start on time and to honor the flow of the practice and respect for others, and privacy for clients, we lock the door five minutes into the start of each session. Sessions end on time and in preparation for the next session we ask that you clear the room within 5 minutes after the session ends. We ask that you converse quietly out of respect for clients in other sessions.
