Service Description
This very relaxing and therapeutic session done on the floor will calm and destress you as you work through very gentle asanas (poses) and breathing techniques promoting detoxification. Incorporating essential oils that will encourage good mood, release anxiety, and promote healing. Blankets, bolsters and yoga blocks will aid in deep relaxation. This session is suitable for all levels.
